The La Manga Competitivity Plan for Nautical Tourism is organizing various packages related to nautical ad watersport activities.Plans are already underway for the idea to include the basic sailing certificate and the basic diving certificate. The idea would be for the tourist to arrive in La Manga during a weekend and to obtain the practical help needed to achieve one of these titles. Previously, visitors received the theory and technical information via an online course. The courses in this touristic package will even include the necessary institutional inscription fees.
Not in summer
Adhering to the policies of the La Manga Nautical Tourism Competitivity Plan, the packaged offers are not available during July and August in order to capture visitors to tourist attractions at other times of the year and not just in the high season.
The package has received approval and a forum between hotels, sailing schools, diving academies and tour operators is expected over the next few weeks in order to put the plan into action.
Kids too
The Competitivity Plan has also started to work on ideas catering for children and could be used as a complement to attract an entire family into nautical tourism.
